RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All purchases are final sale. Muskaan lipsticks are not just a clean formula but we do our best to keep products sanitary. Therefore, Muskaan cannot accept returns nor exchanges. However, the item will be replaced should there be quality problems such as tube malfunction or damaged product. Should that be the case, please email us at hello@muskaanmakeup.com immediately.


ORDER CANCELLATION

  • You may only cancel your order via email up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.
  • Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified. 
  • Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed. 

 

DELIVERY

Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery. Muskaan cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Muskaan takes no responsibility for lost shipments although we will do our best to track them down.
